Military Appreciation Program

Who Is Eligible?

Our Military Recognition Program is available to eligible military personnel who are residents of the United States. All military branches (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and Space Force) are included as below.

Active Duty

Active-duty military personnel of any eligible U.S. military branch including:

• National Guard
• Reservists Serving on Active Duty
• Members of the Delayed Entry/Enlistment Program (DEP)
• Spouse/ Surviving Spouse
• Members within the same household

Retirees

Retired military personnel of any eligible U.S. military branch including:

• Regular Retirement
• Reserve Retirement
• Early Retirement (TERA)
• Medical Retirement
• Spouse/Surviving Spouse
• Members within the same household

Veterans

Honorably discharged veterans within 24 months of separation are eligible. You may qualify for a special regional incentive regardless of the separation date.

Proof of Eligibility

To verify your eligibility as a member or former member of the U.S. Military Services, you may be asked to upload military documentation. You can verify eligibility with one of the following forms of identity or documentation:

• Active-Duty Service Members: Leave and Earning Statement (LES), Active Duty Enlisted Record Brief (ERB)/ Officer Record Brief (ORB), Enlistment Contract.
• Veterans: DD214 (Discharge Details Form 214), NGB form 22 (National Guard Bureau similar to a DD214), Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC), or Veteran Identification Card (VIC), Driver's License or DMV-Issued State ID with Veteran Endorsement.
• Retirees: Retiree Account Statement (eRAS), DD214 or NGB form 22 (must show 20 years of service or the reason for discharge was retirement)
• Surviving Spouses and Household Members: upload any of the documents listed in the categories above. Surviving spouses can also submit a Casualty Report (DD Form 1300).
